Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Munin account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)

Open the Munin app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at info@munin.tech from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all personal data we hold about you, including:

Account information (email address, username, password hash).
Learning progress (lessons completed, question attempts, review schedules).
Gamification data (XP, badges, streaks).
Subscription records held by Munin.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. No data is retained after deletion. Note that any active subscription must be cancelled separately via the Google Play Store; deleting your account does not automatically cancel it.
