Welcome to Munin. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Munin mobile application operated by Munin ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Munin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

When using Munin, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account.
Choose a username that is not offensive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate. Usernames are filtered for profanity, and accounts with offensive usernames may be suspended or terminated.
Not abuse, exploit, or interfere with the platform or its services.
Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
Not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

2. Intellectual Property

All content available through Munin — including but not limited to lessons, questions, images, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Munin or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the sole right to remove or delete any user account and to block or restrict any functionality at our sole discretion, without prior notice or reason. You may also delete your own account at any time from within the app.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Munin may offer paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's terms and policies. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable store's refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Munin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use Munin.
Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal data stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of the service.
Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Munin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Munin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app. Your continued use of Munin after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
